I am so excited about what God is doing in our youth group! This website has been a dream in my heart for a long time. I have noticed a trend in my life; I am on the internet A LOT! I am constantly browsing and spending time on the web. Although I am embarrassed to admit this, I understand I am not the only one doing this. I am eager to provide a social venue for this ministry, and hopefully, when you’re browsing the internet, you will regularly stop by and visit us!

I want this site to be a place of truth, honesty, and transparency. I understand that serving God can be hard sometimes, and I want to share, not only my continual life experiences with you, but also many others.  So, that through several people’s transparency, your life can be encouraged. I have asked many people to be a part of this initiative, in order to bring diversity. I feel a joy in my heart just thinking about the potential this blog has if we will commit to it. Feel free to comment or ask questions. There will be a box under every post that says “comment”. Just push that button to write your comment or question.

This website not only provides a channel for our thoughts to be communicated, but it also provides an avenue of communication for me. Every Wednesday night, I will post a short 1- 2 min video letting you know what you can expect at Hillside the following Thursday. Also, look for videos recapping what happened at Hillside if you weren’t able to join us.

God has blessed us with a wonderful media ministry supervised by Eric Overby. He will post the Hillside videos you see every Thursday night under the media tab. This way you never miss a video.

This website will be updated daily. Tell your friends to check us out online before they ever join us in a service. If you ever have a question about events, starting times, etc… go to our events page.
